2. Quotations, Pricing & Payment Terms

• All price quotations issued via phone, email, or official quotation letter are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issuance, subject to raw material and cylinder price adjustments.
• Prices quoted are exclusive or inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax) as explicitly specified in our commercial proposals. Official GST invoices are provided for all transactions.
• For custom turnkey installations and bulk wholesale orders, an initial advance payment is required upon order confirmation, with balance clearance prior to or upon delivery/commissioning.

3. Equipment Quality & Manufacturer Warranty

All fire fighting equipment supplied by Fire Fox adheres to relevant Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) specifications (including IS:15683, IS:2190, IS:5290, IS:884, and IS:636). Manufacturer warranties range from 1 to 5 years depending on product class. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in valves and cylinder shells under normal operating conditions. It does not cover damage caused by physical impact, unauthorized tampering, corrosive environments, or failure to perform periodic pressure inspections.

4. Refilling & Maintenance Protocols

• Clients must notify Fire Fox promptly of any discharge, pressure loss, or damage to cylinders.
• During refilling, cylinders undergo hydrostatic pressure testing. If a cylinder fails the safety pressure test due to metal fatigue or severe corrosion, Fire Fox reserves the right to condemn the cylinder for safety reasons and will advise on cylinder shell replacement.
• Tamper-evident seals and inspection tags affixed by Fire Fox must remain intact. Any unauthorized seal breaking voids the refilling warranty.

5. Fire NOC Consultancy Disclaimer

Fire Fox acts as a technical facilitator and engineering consultant assisting clients to comply with the Rajasthan Fire Services Act and National Building Code (NBC). The actual issuance, granting, and renewal of Provisional or Final Fire NOC remain under the sole statutory jurisdiction of the competent government authorities (Jaipur Nagar Nigam, RIICO, or Rajasthan State Fire Department).

6. Limitation of Liability

While Fire Fox ensures that all equipment and installations meet mandatory safety standards, the client/occupant is solely responsible for ensuring regular visual checks, operational staff training, and maintaining unblocked access to fire fighting equipment. Fire Fox shall not be held liable for losses or damages resulting from improper operation, delayed emergency response by building staff, or unauthorized modifications by third parties.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rajasthan and the Republic of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to our products or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
